I specialise in helping people with depression, low self-esteem and anxiety, including panic, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), social anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder.
Appointments are outside working hours, either at the weekend or in the evenings. Treatment costs may be covered by your private health insurance.
CBT has a strong research evidence base and is approved by the National Institute of Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) for a wide range of difficulties.
I am a BABCP (British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies) accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, Supervisor and Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS), registered as a Clinical and Forensic Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
